DISCLOSURE
STATEMENT
ORDERING
All
printing orders placed will be subject to any additional fees that
may apply. These additional fees can result in setup fees,
typesetting, custom colors, bleeds, hairline registration, etc..
All
printing orders will be subject to a local sales tax of 5.517%
unless the customer supplies us with a valid form of a sales tax
permit to be exempt.
When
orders are placed all jobs must meet a certain criteria of
information to proceed with the order. These include:
quantity, size, stock, ink, and any additional finishing services
that apply.
Artwork
will be supplied by customer by form of a hard copy or digital
file. Hard copies must be clear and legible. If graphics are
supplied in
a hard copy, the graphic must be of good quality. Digital
files are acceptable by only certain formats. We
will only accept the following formats: .eps, .cdr, .ai, and .pdf.
Graphics supplied are recommended to be no less than 300dpi and
preferable to be in one of the following formats: tiff, jpg, gif,
or bmp. All formats accepted by customers will be subject to
prepress work. If reformatting is required additional fees will
apply.
PRE-PRESS
After
artwork is formatted and ready for print a proof will be generated
by either hard copy, fax, or email. The customer will review
the proof and check for any mistakes relating to graphics,
spelling and format. If the customer requests a revision the
changed information will be taken and apply to a new proof.
The customer is allowed two revision from the first original
proof, any revision after that the customer will be charged
additional typesetting fees.
PRODUCTION
Once
a proof is okayed. The job will proceed to production.
Depending on time schedule and work load, an estimated amount of time will
be set before the job(s) will be completed.
SHIPPING
After
the job is completed in production the order will proceed to
packaging and shipping. Depending on the size of quantity or
price of the order it will be determined whether or not the order
will qualify for free delivery. (See Free Delivery for
details.) If the customer does not qualify for free delivery
then customer will need to make arrangements to either pickup the
order in person or to meet at given location and time to receive
the order. |
